Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Doorstep Car Washer to provide professional car cleaning services at customers' homes, offices, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations according to the assigned schedule.

• Wash and clean vehicle exteriors using approved cleaning products and equipment.

• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, and windows.

• Ensure vehicles are cleaned to company quality standards.

• Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly.

• Report any visible vehicle damage or issues to the customer and supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and supplies.

• Collect customer feedback and address basic service-related queries professionally.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

• Prior experience in car washing or vehicle detailing is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.

• Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning techniques and products.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Honest, punctual, and dependable.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
