Job Description

AC Technician Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of split, window, cassette, and central AC units.

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.

• Gas charging and checking refrigerant levels.

• Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning.

• Maintaining tools and ensuring job site safety.

• Coordinating with customers and preparing service reports.

🧰 Helper Responsibilities:

• Assisting technician during AC installation and service.

• Handling tools, materials, and basic cleaning of units.

• Supporting field service work and learning technical skills.

• Following all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Technician: ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.

• Helper: Basic education, physically fit, and willing to learn.

• Must be ready to work in the field across Delhi/NCR.
