Job Description

Daily Site Activities

  • Check daily work plan and allocate manpower (technicians, helpers).

  • Verify drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.

  • Supervise installation of:

    • Ducting & insulation

    • Chilled water / refrigerant piping

    • AHU, FCU, VRF, Split & Package units

    • Grilles, diffusers, dampers

  • Ensure proper tools, safety gear, and materials are available.

  • Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to standards.

  • Maintain housekeeping at HVAC work areas.
