Technical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.).

• Set up and manage wired and wireless LAN connections.

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.

• Monitor and manage IP addresses and DHCP/DNS servers.

• Provide technical support to users via phone, remote access, or on-site.

• Ensure regular data backup and recovery systems are in place.

• Perform routine system updates, patching, and antivirus checks.

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.

• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with security and company policies.
