### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Service Engineer to support the sale and service of pharmaceutical and analytical instruments, including Airborne Particle Counters. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and client support, as well as a passion for customer engagement and sales in the pharmaceutical and lab equipment industry.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Install, calibrate, and provide technical support for pharmaceutical and analytical equipment at client sites.

- Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs as required.

- Manage sales of equipment such as Airborne Particle Counters, ensuring product presentation and client engagement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Provide demonstrations and training to clients on product usage and maintenance.

- Prepare documentation such as service reports, quotations, and technical specifications.

- Travel to customer sites across designated territories (Indore, Sikkim, Haridwar) as required.

### Key Skills & Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical, or related field

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or lab equipment sales & service

- Knowledge of Airborne Particle Counters and GMP/GLP practices is a plus

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations

- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
