Role Overview:

As a Business Development Support (BDS), you will drive business development by providing technical training, product presentations, and application support to customers. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, offering technical insights, and supporting sales efforts to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Training: Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals and laboratory technicians.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing timely technical updates and resolving queries.

• Product Presentations: Lead workshops and demonstrations to showcase the company’s diagnostic solutions.

• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support business growth.

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

• Regional Travel: Travel across regions to support customers and ensure effective product implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician)

• Experience: 3–5 years in Clinical / Pathology Laboratories with exposure to Diagnostics/Medical Devices.

• Strong knowledge of clinical diagnostics and laboratory equipment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical support in the field.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
