Senior Lab Technician

We are looking for a : Research & Development to join our team at Connect Way Consultancy to assist in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹47000 and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead timely development of new samples, documentation, scale-ups, and sheet updates.

• Optimize costs by achieving cost-effective formulations compared to benchmarks and maximizing reformulation savings.

• Ensure compliance (R&D and regulatory) through on-time regulatory submissions, deviation reports, and high document audit scores.

• Drive scalability by managing trials per project and ensuring scale-up success rates.

• Oversee documentation for completeness and error-free outputs.

• Foster innovation by trialing and adopting new tech/process innovations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled Senior R&D Executive to lead research and development initiatives, ensuring timely development, cost optimization, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves driving innovation, managing documentation, and ensuring stability and scalability of processes
