Retail Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.

• Counsel patients on proper medication use, including dosage, side effects, and precautions.

• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.

• Monitor prescription refill requests and prescription transfers.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide over-the-counter medication recommendations and advice.

• Manage inventory levels and order medications as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Educate patients on disease management and medication adherence.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: D pharm/ B pharm / Pharmacy Aide ( 1 year experience).

• 0 to 3 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a retail setting.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions and side effects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.

• Proficiency in computerized pharmacy systems.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
