Retail Pharmacist

Job Title: Medical Shop In-Charge / Pharmacy In-Charge

Salary- upto 26K nth + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the medical shop

• Ensure accurate billing, dispensing, and prescription handling

• Maintain stock availability, indenting, and timely replenishment

• Monitor expiry, near-expiry, and damaged stock

·        Handle inventory audits and stock reconciliation

·        Supervise and guide pharmacy staff and helpers

·        Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act and local regulations

·        Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage conditions

·        Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards

·        Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and company HO

·        Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and MIS

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of medicines and substitutes

• Inventory & expiry management

• Team handling and leadership skills

• Customer service orientation

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduation/D Pharm/M Pharm

• Valid Registered Pharmacist (RP) license

• 4+years’ experience in retail or hospital pharmacy

• Experience as Pharmacy Supervisor / In-Charge preferred

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
