Monitoring Standardization of Volumetric solutions.Handling to instrument such as GC, HPLC, KF, PH Meter.Maintain all the required Documents & Records with proper guide lines.Arrange the shift schedule.Regularly prepare Audit document.Operate and calibrate all Analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, weigh balance, KF, pH meter.Analysis by Titration as per sop.Sampling & visually Checking and monitoring of Raw materials and Finish Goods.Monitoring analysis as per specified MOA for specific product by Chemist.Follow the standard operating procedures of Quality Department.Preparation of CoA as per instructions of Quality Head.Maintain glassware & their stock of chemicals.Preparize the sample request.Monitoring all kinds of Documents, Instrument calibrations and etc.
