Job Title: QC and R&D Trainee

Location: Sanand,Ahemadabad

Department: Quality Control / Research & Development

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated trainees to join our Quality Control and Research & Development teams. The ideal candidates will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining high standards as well as exploring innovative solutions in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes.

• Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

• Document test results, report discrepancies, and collaborate on resolving quality issues.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and R&D projects.

• Help maintain laboratory safety, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Support product and process innovation, including setup and execution of experimental trials.

• Work closely with senior staff in both QC and R&D departments for hands-on training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy, or related science.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

• Basic understanding of laboratory or quality control techniques is an advantage.
