Salary /Compensation 25000 to 30000 Education Diploma/ Degree in Plastic/ Polymer /CIPET

Reporting Manager Quality/Plant Head Experience 3 to 5 yrs

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation & Quality

System 1. Maintain QC Records and test data.

2. Follow Quality System like (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Handle NCR)

3. Supports Audits (Internal & Customer Audit)

RAW MATERIAL EVALUATION 1. Approve & evaluate new raw material (filler, additive, masterbatch). 2. Compare the alternative source for cost reduction and quality improvement. 3. Maintain the RM technical data and COA.

LABORATORY TESTING & LABORATORY WORK 1. Melt Flow Index

2. Density Test 3. Tensile Strength & elongation, Flexural Properties

3. Impact Strength (Izod) 4. Moisture Content 4. Color matching (Spectrophotometer)

Process Improvement

(Kaizen) Reduce Rejection and Reprocessing ,Improve Cycle time

Suggest productivity Improvements, Waste Reduction 1. Overproduction, 2. Waiting Time, 3. Excess Inventory,4. Rework/Rejection

5. Unnecessary motion, 6. Over-Processing,6. Transportation Loss
