We are looking for a Phlebotomist (Blood Sample Collection) to join our team Tata 1mg to assist in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of Up to ₹25,000 / month and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct various tests, analyze samples and generate reports.Prepare and dispense medications accurately.
Maintain lab equipment and pharmacy inventory.Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
Educate patients on medication usage and side effects.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or BMLT (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology) only and Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in phlebotomy, home sample collection or hospital/diagnostic lab setups. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
