Job Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques

Label, store, and transport samples accurately and safely

Ensure patient comfort and follow hygiene & safety protocols

Maintain accurate patient records and sample documentation

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and NABL guidelines

Handle medical equipment carefully and ensure cleanliness

Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors as required

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of blood collection procedures

Strong communication and patient-handling skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure

Basic computer knowledge for record keeping
