Key Responsibilities
Perform sample collection (phlebotomy) while following proper safety and hygiene protocols.
Ensure accurate labelling, handling, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards at collection sites.
Actively participate in health camps and field activities to promote diagnostic services.
Support field marketing activities, including leaflet distribution and patient awareness initiatives.
Build and maintain good relationships with patients and local healthcare providers.
Required Qualifications
DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Required Skills
Knowledge of sample collection procedures and laboratory protocols.
Comfortable working in health camps and field promotional activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy, hygiene, and safety standards during sample collection.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry will be preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for camps and promotional activities.
