Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Phlebotomist who will be responsible for both sample collection and promoting diagnostic services through field activities and health camps.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct blood sample collection with accuracy while following safety and hygiene protocols.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples.
Maintain cleanliness and quality standards at collection sites.
Actively participate in health camps and field drives to promote diagnostic services.
Engage in promotional activities such as leaflet distribution and awareness campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with patients and clients.

Required Qualifications:

DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT

Required Skills:

Knowledge of sample collection techniques and laboratory procedures
Comfortable with fieldwork, camp activities, and promotions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage both technical and sales responsibilities

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel locally for camps and field activities
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
