We are looking for an OCC / Sitting Phlebotomist (Female Candidates Only) to join Orange Health Labs and support quality healthcare services through patient sample collection and laboratory assistance. The role involves handling blood collection procedures, maintaining sample quality, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and safety standards. This position offers an attractive salary package with incentives and additional benefits.

Position: OCC / Sitting Phlebotomist (Female Candidates Only)
(Immediate Joiners Required)

💰 Salary & Benefits:
• In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month
• Per Collection Incentive: ₹30 per sample
• Health Insurance 🏥

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform blood collection and venepuncture procedures accurately.
• Handle samples following laboratory protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain collection records and support reporting processes.
• Ensure proper use and handling of vacutainers and collection materials.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with patients and assist during sample collection.

📌 Job Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: DMLT / MLT / CMLT
• Experience in Venepuncture / Blood Collection preferred
• Vacutainer Knowledge Preferred
• Good Communication Skills (Hindi & English)
• Attention to detail and patient handling skills required

🕒 Duty Timing:
• 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM (Morning Shift)
