Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day lab operations.
Collect blood and other samples from patients.
Perform routine phlebotomy and lab-related work.
Provide lab test prices and basic information to customers.
Handle customer queries related to lab tests.
Visit customers’ homes for sample collection when required.
Maintain proper records of samples and customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required.
Processing/testing knowledge is not required, as the lab does not perform sample processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
12th pass with MLT/DMLT qualification.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with home sample collection when required.
Basic computer knowledge, especially Word and Excel.
Responsible and able to manage routine lab operations independently.
