We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team at Med RX Health Care, assisting in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves collecting samples, handling lab equipment, preparing test reports, and ensuring compliance with medical safety standards. This is a full-time role offering an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹18,000, along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other diagnostic samples as per protocols.

• Conduct lab tests, analyze samples, and generate reports.

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately under supervision.

• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and manage inventory.

• Follow safety protocols, infection control, and quality standards.

• Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and side effects when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: DMLT or MLT certification.

• Experience Range: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).

• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of medical terminologies.

• Proficiency in handling lab instruments and managing medications.

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
