Job Description

  • Greet patients, handle inquiries, and manage appointments/calls

  • Register patients, maintain records, and support billing/receipts if needed

  • Collect blood samples (venipuncture) and other specimens as required

  • Label, store, and dispatch samples as per lab protocols

  • Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and biomedical waste disposal standards

  • Ensure patient comfort, explain procedures, and handle anxious patients calmly

  • Coordinate with lab/team for reports, follow-ups, and workflow
