Must Have -Bike and Valid Driving License

Key Responsibilities:

• Venipuncture and Skin Puncture:

  Performing blood draws using appropriate techniques for various patient populations and sample types. 

• Specimen Handling and Labeling:

  Ensuring accurate labeling of all samples and adhering to proper handling and storage procedures to maintain specimen integrity. 

• Patient Interaction and Comfort:

  Providing a positive and comfortable experience for patients during the blood collection process, addressing any concerns, and explaining the procedure. 

• Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety:

  Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination. 

• Transportation of Samples:

  Ensuring timely and secure transportation of collected samples to the laboratory, following established protocols. 

• Documentation and Record Keeping:

  Accurately recording patient information, sample details, and collection times. 

• Inventory Management:

  Maintaining an adequate supply of phlebotomy equipment and supplies. 

• Communication and Collaboration:

  Effectively communicating with patients, other healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff.
