Phlebotomist

• Technician will be Responsible to perform at OPD on Peripheral Neuropathy screening at HCP Clinic/ Hospital as per the monthly calendar schedule approved by client.

• Technician to conduct the PN screening via Biothesiometer as per SOP on the patient recommended by the HCP at the designated OPD clinic.

• Provide the test reading to the patient, who will then consult the HCP in the clinic for further diagnosis.

• Technicians will be solely responsible for conducting the test, and no treatment or recommendation will be provided to the patient by them.

• Input the no. of patients screened (count) with details of the test reading in the daily reporting sheet. The technician will not log or record any patient personal information and shall maintain strict patient confidentiality. The data captured is to be removed on termination of the Agreement between the Parties.

• Technician to share daily reporting sheets with Kartavya SPOC.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
