Roles & Responsibilities
Verify patient identity before procedures
Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort
Prepare the collection area and maintain cleanliness
Perform venipuncture or capillary puncture accurately
Ensure sample quality and proper labeling
Store samples appropriately for further testing
