Designation: Collection Centre Operations

Reports To: Area Head

Primary Responsibilities:

- Handle all backend responsibilities on SehatBuddy’s digital platform (website + back panel).
- Manage customer support: queries, guidance, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth billing, report delivery, and sample status updates.
- Coordinate between labs, phlebotomists, and customers for time-bound delivery.
- Maintain daily data reports, bookings, and sample management records.
- Ensure real-time updates of patient tracking, test progress, and lab coordination.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
