Phlebotomist

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sitting Phlebotomist for our collection center in Lohegaon. The candidate will be responsible for safe and accurate blood sample collection from walk-in patients while ensuring proper patient care and adherence to laboratory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for walk-in patients

• Ensure correct labeling, storage, and dispatch of samples

• Follow standard safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines

• Maintain patient records and sample documentation

• Handle patients professionally and provide proper instructions

• Coordinate with lab and operations team for timely processing

• Maintain cleanliness of the collection area

Eligibility Criteria:

• DMLT / BMLT / Certified Phlebotomy course

• Minimum 6 months–2 years experience as a phlebotomist

• Good venipuncture skills

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Good communication and patient-handling skills

Working Hours:

• Day shift (shift timings as per center requirement)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 14-15k

• Stable work location (no travel required)

• Candidates residing near Lohegaon or nearby areas will be preferre

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
