Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sitting Phlebotomist for our collection center in Lohegaon. The candidate will be responsible for safe and accurate blood sample collection from walk-in patients while ensuring proper patient care and adherence to laboratory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for walk-in patients
Ensure correct labeling, storage, and dispatch of samples
Follow standard safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines
Maintain patient records and sample documentation
Handle patients professionally and provide proper instructions
Coordinate with lab and operations team for timely processing
Maintain cleanliness of the collection area

Eligibility Criteria:

DMLT / BMLT / Certified Phlebotomy course
Minimum 6 months–2 years experience as a phlebotomist
Good venipuncture skills
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Good communication and patient-handling skills

Working Hours:

Day shift (shift timings as per center requirement)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 14-15k
Stable work location (no travel required)

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates residing near Lohegaon or nearby areas will be preferre
