We are looking for a Phlebotomist - Home Collection to join our team at Swastik to assist in home collection of blood samples with official formalities. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing and delivering reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and to perform data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples, analyze samples and generate reports.
Prepare and handover samples properly and accurately.
Maintain lab equipment and inventory.
Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
Prepare patients for different blood tests and provide them with the estimate for any test whenever needed.

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
