Opportunity – Home Blood Sample Collection (Thyrocare) with Second Medic

We are hiring phlebotomists / home sample collection executives to assist in medical testing and safe blood sample collection at patient homes. The role includes handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Collect and handle blood samples safely at patient locations

Maintain lab equipment and records accurately

Educate patients on test procedures/medications

Follow safety and quality protocols

Requirements:

Qualification:
DMLT / CMLT

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with training can apply)

Knowledge of phlebotomy and lab instruments

Two-wheeler preferred

📌 Salary Structure (Note – Salary is not fixed):

₹180 per visit

₹50 per additional beneficiary

₹100 for PPBS / repeat collections

Performance Incentive: ₹600 – ₹1,000 per month

Test Add-On Incentive: Up to 20% extra incentives based on performance
