Key Responsibilities

• Sample Testing & Reporting: Conduct various clinical tests, analyze samples with high accuracy, and generate detailed laboratory reports.

• Medication Management: Prepare and dispense medications with precision, and educate patients on proper dosage, usage, and potential side effects.

• Inventory & Equipment Care: Maintain lab instruments, oversee pharmacy inventory, and ensure seamless daily operations.

• Safety & Quality Standards: Strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene measures, and healthcare quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Techniques (MLT/DMLT / BMLT).

• Experience & Mobility: Minimum of experience. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.

• Essential Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and expertise in handling lab equipment and medications.

• Bonus: Professional certification in a relevant healthcare field is a strong plus!
