Urgent Hiring – Phlebotomist & Rider

Job Location: Malviya Nagar / Shivalik, New Delhi & Delhi NCR
DPlus Diagnocare is looking for dedicated and responsible candidates to join our team for the following positions.
1. Phlebotomist – Home Collection
Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood sample collection at patients’ homes.
Handle samples safely and follow proper sample collection procedures.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding patient visits and sample status.
Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
Eligibility:
Qualification: DMLT / MLT / BMLT or relevant certification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
Willingness to work in the field.
2. Rider – Sample Pickup & Delivery
Job Responsibilities:
Pick up samples from hospitals, clinics, and collection centres.
Deliver samples safely and on time to the laboratory.
Follow assigned routes and schedules.
Maintain proper coordination with the operations team.
Eligibility:
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Basic smartphone knowledge and familiarity with Delhi NCR routes.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in the field.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 CTC, depending on role and experience.
Bike Allowance: ₹3 per km, as per company policy.
Additional Incentives: Performance-based.
