Full Time
Visit patients' homes for blood sample collection as per assigned appointments.
Perform venipuncture and other sample collection procedures accurately and safely.
Verify patient details and test requisition forms before specimen collection.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
Follow all infection control, safety, and quality protocols.
Provide a professional and positive patient experience during home visits.
Educate patients regarding test preparations and collection procedures.
Maintain accurate records of collections and patient information.
Coordinate with the operations and laboratory teams for seamless service delivery.
Handle collection equipment and consumables responsibly.
Adhere to daily route plans and collection schedules.
Report any incidents, sample rejections, or patient concerns to the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT
Experience: Freshers or 1 to 2 years of experience in blood collection
Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sample handling and laboratory procedures
Ability to travel within assigned locations
Shift & Working Schedule
Shift: Rotational Shift (8 Hours per Day)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Joining: Immediate
