Job Opening: Phlebotomist (Home Collection)

Hum NABL accredited labs aur home sample collection services ke zariya logon tak behtareen swasthya suvidhayein pahunchate hain. Hum dhund rahe hain energetic aur skilled Phlebotomists jo hamari team ka hissa ban sakein.

📌 Role & Responsibilities

• Door-to-Door Collection: Company dwara diye gaye leads par patient ke ghar jaakar blood samples collect karna.

• Process Knowledge: Vacutainers aur collection process ki acchi samajh honi chahiye.

• Timely Service: Diye gaye time slot ke anusar patient ke ghar pahunchna.

• Safety Standards: Samples ko sahi tareeke se handle karna aur safety protocols follow karna.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 CTC (Experience ke hisaab se).

• Conveyance: ₹3 per KM (Fuel allowance).

• Incentives: Extra kaam par behtareen incentives.

🕒 Shift Timings

• Early Morning Batch: 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• Morning Batch: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

🎓 Qualification & Requirements

• Education: CMLT / DMLT / BMLT (Medical Lab Technology).

• Mandatory: Driving License (DL), apni Bike, aur ek Android Phone hona anivarya hai.
