We are looking for a Phlebotomist - Home Collection to join our team at Deepak Enterprises to assist in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹18000 and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients at the collection center and during home visits.

• The phlebotomist ensures accurate labeling, proper handling, and timely transport of samples while maintaining a high standard of patient care and hygiene.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture, capillary, and other specimen collections safely and efficiently.

• Manage both in-center and doorstep (home) collection appointments as per daily schedules.

• Verify patient information, test requisitions, and ensure samples are correctly labeled.Maintain proper sample storage and transport conditions.

• Provide a professional and empathetic experience for patients during sample collection.

• Maintain adequate stock of collection materials and supplies.

• Record and report collection data in system/software accurately.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
