Job Title: Home Collection Phlebotomist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-friendly Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other laboratory samples from patients at their homes. The role requires strong technical skills, punctuality, and excellent patient-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per scheduled appointments.

• Collect blood, urine, and other samples following proper safety and hygiene protocols.

• Verify patient details and ensure correct labeling of samples.

• Handle samples safely and transport them to the laboratory within the required time.

• Maintain documentation and update reports in the system or mobile app.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and follow infection control guidelines.

• Provide a comfortable experience for patients, especially elderly and pediatric patients.

• Maintain equipment and inventory of collection materials.

• Coordinate with customer support and lab teams for timely processing.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certification in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT/CMLT) or relevant qualification.

• Proven experience as a phlebotomist (home collection experience preferred).

• Good knowledge of venipuncture and sample handling.

• Valid two-wheeler and driving license (if required for field visits).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Basic smartphone handling skills.
