Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Home Collection Phlebotomist to visit patients at their homes and collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes as per assigned schedules to collect blood and other samples.

• Verify patient details and ensure correct labeling of samples.

• Follow proper phlebotomy techniques and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.

• Store and transport samples securely to the laboratory within required timelines.

• Maintain accurate documentation and update collection status in system/app.

• Handle patient queries politely and ensure a comfortable sample collection experience.

• Manage consumables and ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained.

• Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Education: DMLT / CMLT / BMLT or relevant certification in phlebotomy.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in blood collection (home collection preferred).

• Good knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and safety guidelines.

• Ability to travel locally; must have two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).

• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and responsibility.
