Key Responsibilities
• Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy) safely and efficiently in the lab or at patient locations.
• Carry out routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests as per standard protocols.
• Prepare, label, process, and handle patient specimens accurately.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Record and update patient reports accurately in the laboratory information system.
• Follow laboratory quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute.
• 6 Months – 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician or Phlebotomist in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic laboratory.
• Strong expertise in phlebotomy and specimen handling.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license and vehicle are preferred for home collection roles.
• Good knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and patient-handling skills.
