•🧪 Position: Phlebotomist + Lab Technician•

•Employment Type:• Full Time

•Shift Timings:•

• •Opera House:• 07:00 AM–12:00 PM & 04:00 PM–08:00 PM (Split Duty)

• •Other locations:• 12-hour Day Shifts

•💼 Key Responsibilities:•

• Perform blood collection through venipuncture or capillary methods.

• Ensure proper identification and labeling of specimens.

• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols during sample collection and handling.

• Perform basic lab testing as per guidelines (Minimidas where applicable).

• Accurately log and report patient information and test results.

• Manage home sample collection (Opera House).

• Follow cold chain and proper transport SOPs for samples.

• Maintain lab equipment and ensure quality control procedures.

•💰 Salary & Benefits:•

• Opera House, South Mumbai: ₹14,000 + ₹2,000 (Incentive) + ₹50 per visit + PF/ESIC

• •Other Locations:• ₹16,000 + PF/ESIC

• •Statutory benefits:• PF, ESIC

• •Travel allowance (if applicable)•

•✅ Eligibility:•

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Phlebotomy

• Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy/lab technician roles

• Basic knowledge of lab equipment & infection control protocols

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
