Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients at their homes while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care. The candidate should be punctual, courteous, and experienced in venipuncture.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes as per assigned schedules for sample collection

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples safely and accurately

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples

• Follow standard safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols

• Maintain patient comfort and provide clear instructions

• Handle samples carefully to avoid contamination or damage

• Maintain daily collection records and reports

• Coordinate with lab and logistics teams for timely sample delivery

Eligibility & Qualifications

• DMLT / BMLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy

• Minimum 1 year experience in blood sample collection (home collection preferred)

• Good knowledge of venipuncture techniques and sample handling

• Familiar with NABL standards and safety guidelines (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps for reporting

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills

• Polite, professional, and compassionate attitude

• Time management and route planning skills

• Ability to work independently

• Willingness to travel locally

Additional Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
