Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other laboratory samples from patients’ homes and ensure proper handling, labeling, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood, urine, and other specimens from patients at their homes following standard procedures.

Verify patient details and maintain accurate labeling and documentation.

Ensure safe transportation of collected samples to the assigned laboratory or collection center.

Maintain hygiene and follow all infection control and safety protocols.

Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Coordinate with the lab team and update daily collection status.

Maintain proper record of home visits and collection receipts.

Requirements:

Qualification: DMLT / BMLT or equivalent diploma/degree.

Minimum 1 years to 5 years of experience in phlebotomy or sample collection.

Good knowledge of venipuncture techniques and medical safety standards.

Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license (for home collection).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within assigned areas for sample collection.
