Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly follow state/national pharmacy laws, DEA regulations, and FDA guidelines.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle the proper disposal of hazardous/expired medications, and maintain accurate records of habit-forming drugs.
Medication Dispensing: Verify physician orders, check for therapeutic incompatibilities, and ensure accuracy before medications are dispensed.
Patient Care: Provide clinical consultations, educate patients on dosages and side effects, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapies
