Job Title: Pharmacist – Customer Service
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 In-hand
Probation: 6 Months
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Pharmacist – Customer Service to join our fast-paced Command Centre. This role requires candidates who can handle customer queries via calls and chats, provide accurate solutions, and deliver excellent service.

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

B.Pharm / D.Pharm degree – mandatory 🎓
Minimum 1 year experience in call/chat-based customer service
Strong communication & active listening skills
Male and female candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and chats professionally
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Upsell products when relevant 💰
Achieve personal and team targets
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
