Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and registered Pharmacist to join our team. The candidate must hold a valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration/License and have at least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setup. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medicines, maintaining inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing patient counselling. Haryana registration is a common eligibility requirement for pharmacist roles in the state.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor's prescriptions.
Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
Counsel patients regarding medicine usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry records.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, and company SOPs.
Maintain pharmacy records and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for medication-related queries.
Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of medicines.
Monitor controlled drugs and maintain statutory registers.
Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Eligibility

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration (License) is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.
Good knowledge of medicines, inventory management, and pharmacy software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of GST billing and pharmacy management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Salary

As per company standards (based on experience and qualifications).
