We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medicines, verifying prescriptions, checking medicine quality and expiry dates, picking the correct medicines, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and interpret doctors' prescriptions accurately.
Dispense the correct medicines as prescribed.
Pick and pack medicines with 100% accuracy.
Cross-check medicine names, dosage, strength, and quantity before dispensing.
Ensure medicines are within expiry and properly stored.
Guide patients on dosage, usage, precautions, and possible side effects.
Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels.
Handle medicine receiving, storage, and inventory management.
Follow all pharmacy regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff when clarification is required.
Qualifications
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Valid Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory.
Good knowledge of medicines, dosages, and pharmaceutical products.
Ability to identify and dispense the correct medicine accurately.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
