• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.

• Dispense medications as per physician orders with zero errors.

• Maintain patient medication records and ensure confidentiality.

• Provide guidance on drug therapy, dosage, side effects, and interactions.

2. Patient Counselling

• Educate patients on proper medication usage and storage.

• Offer counselling on OTC (over-the-counter) medications.

• Assist patients in understanding chronic therapy and lifestyle modifications.

3. Inventory & Store Operations

• Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and consumables.

• Monitor expiry dates, storage conditions, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.

• Ensure accurate billing and smooth customer transactions.

4. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws, company SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain required documentation such as controlled drug registers.

• Conduct regular audits of inventory and records.

5. Customer Service

• Provide courteous and professional service to all customers.

• Address customer queries and concerns effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
