Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities for Production :

• Production Execution: Oversee the execution of production plans, ensuring adherence to pre-approved procedures, protocols, and manufacturing records.

• cGMP Compliance: Ensure and maintain compliance with cGMP standards throughout the production process.

• Quality Control: Verify raw material dispensing, calibrate weighing balances, and check product parameters against Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) specifications.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Production Records (BPRs), and other supporting documents.

• Supervision : Supervise production line staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards.

• Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Change Control: Initiate and manage change control procedures.

• Training: Train production personnel on cGMP trends and regulatory requirements.
