Pharmacist Role & Responsibilities ( Rasimo Lifesciences Pvt Ltd )

1. Product Knowledge & Retail Support

Must have sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including compositions and therapeutic uses.

Capable of handling queries from retail pharmacists regarding product alternatives, salt compositions, and therapeutic equivalents.

Should be able to confidently suggest substitute brands based on salt composition.

2. Inventory Management

Responsible for daily stock checking and regular updates on available inventory.

Ensure correct recording of expiry dates, batch numbers, and quantity for all pharmaceutical products.

3. Stock Arrangement

Organize stock rack-wise and category-wise for systematic access and easy tracking.

Maintain cleanliness and clarity in product placement for efficient stock movement.

4. FIFO Implementation

Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles strictly to reduce the risk of expiry.

Ensure older stock is dispensed or pushed for sale before newer stock.

5. Expiry Control

Conduct regular expiry audits.

Isolate near-expiry or expired stock and report immediately for further action.
