Pharmacist

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team PDPL to assist in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of 20,000 to 30,000 and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed.

Source materials and services in accordance with company requirements and policies.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers.

Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and maintain procurement records.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of goods.

Maintain and update a database of supplier information, purchase orders, and inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Contribute to cost reduction strategies and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

diploma or Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficient in M.S. Office and procurement software

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
