We are looking for a CRM to join our team PDPL to assist dispensing medications. The role involves preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand Salary and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order (PO) Management
Review and process Purchase Orders received from hospitals.
Ensure accurate entry and timely processing of orders in the system.
2. Order Processing and Sales Coordination
Convert received orders into sales orders as per company procedures.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing.
3. Warehouse Coordination
Maintain regular communication with the warehouse team for order dispatch.
Ensure proper handling, packing, and dispatch of hospital orders.
4. Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Track dispatched orders and ensure timely delivery to hospitals.
Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
5. Hospital Query Resolution
Handle hospital queries related to orders, dispatch, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
5. CRM Data Management
Maintain accurate records of orders, clients, and dispatch details in the CRM system.
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.
6. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to order status and dispatch.
7. Maintain proper documentation
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months to 4 years . Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
