Pharmacist

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Nucare Distributors to assist in Billing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling calls and generate bill as per Prescription. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 20,000 and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- *Medication Management*: Review and interpret prescriptions, dispense medications accurately, and ensure proper labeling and packaging.

- *Inventory Control*: Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining medications.

- *Quality Assurance*: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and handle consumer complaints.

- *Supplier Management*: Qualify and approve suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

- *Logistics and Distribution*: Oversee medication distribution, ensure timely dispatch, and maintain supply chain efficiency.

- *Regulatory Compliance*: Implement Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and ensure adherence to statutory provisions.

- *Communication*: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and suppliers to resolve issues and provide information.

Additional Responsibilities-

- Maintain accurate records, process insurance claims, and handle customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and experience of working with a distributor or Pharma Retail. Know how of MARG software or CBO software would be added advantage.
