What is needed of you?
• Verify and dispense Ayurvedic medications as per prescriptions
• Ensure the quality and safety of all Ayurvedic products, adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Manage inventory of consumables and medications, ensuring proper storage conditions and stock levels
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory
• Work closely with Ayurvedic practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Oversee customer/patient and vendor reconciliation
• Carry out negotiations with multiple vendors and evaluate/finalize reliable and cost-effective vendors
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines related to Ayurveda pharmacy practice
Operations – OPD Management & Supervision
• Ensure smooth OPD functioning with readiness of consultation, pharmacy, and therapy areas
• Coordinate with doctors technicians for seamless patient flow
• Monitor patient experience and manage on-ground escalations
• Support appointment adherence, walk-ins, billing, and dispensing processes
• Ensure hygiene, discipline, and SOP compliance across the centre
Centre Opening & Closing Responsibilities
• Perform daily opening checks (cleanliness, stock, systems, utilities)
• Ensure full readiness of pharmacy, billing, and infrastructure before OPD
• Manage end-of-day closure including stock reconciliation and billing checks
• Ensure proper storage, equipment shutdown, and centre security as per SOP
