Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have knowledge in medicines
Must have an experience in reading doctor prescription
Answering phones, greeting patients, and directing medication-related questions to the pharmacist
Ordering, receiving, and restocking pharmaceutical supplies and medications.
Creating/maintaining patient files, inputting data into computer systems, and processing sales transactions via POS systems.
